TERMS + CONDITIONS
MVP Football is operated by MVP Football Pty Ltd ABN 97 643 939 315.
The terms and conditions set out below govern all leagues, competitions, bookings, coaching, programs and any access to MVP Football facilities. These terms and conditions must be agreed to by all customers and participants. These terms and conditions set out the full terms to which you must follow and adhere to at all times.
All transactions regarding MVP Football will be in Australian Dollars (AUD).
MVP Football respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
Covid-19 Update:
All players, parents and spectators must check in on arrival to MVP Football via the provided QR Code as per NSW requirements. MVP Football asks all players, parents and spectators to follow the recommended guidelines outlined by the NSW Government. MVP Football will adhere to our Covid-19 safety plan to ensure the wellbeing and safety of all involved with MVP Football.
Please note that all programs and leagues start dates are subject to change in accordance with State Government COVID-19 restrictions. MVP Football will comply with all Government directives and Public Health Orders. Anyone attending the venue must meet any vaccination requirements put in place by the government at that time.
League/Player Registration and Payment:
On the registration of any team or player to any MVP Football league/competition, the registering member agrees to the following terms and conditions:
As the registering captain or member you agree to take full responsibility for all required team payments for the full duration of the league/competition to MVP Football Pty Ltd. This responsibility can be split amongst other registered team players who choose to agree and opt IN to taking responsibility of the teams financial terms and conditions by also becoming a team captain. This disbursement of responsibility will be divided equally as a percentage depending on the number of players agreeing to these terms and conditions. For example: 1 player =100%, 2 players =50%, 3 players = 33.33% responsibility.
By paying and agreeing to the $1 registration fee as a player, you agree to allow MVP Football Pty Ltd to nominate your credit card for the teams financial responsibilities outlined in the MVP Football terms and conditions. Please note, a minimum of one player must agree in taking financial responsibility by becoming a team captain in order to complete any team registration.
All league/competition seasons will run for a minimum 16 weeks (maximum 20 weeks) consecutively excluding any Christmas shutdown period, public holidays that MVP Football close on or any other enforced closure to MVP Football.
Any business closures during the competition season will result in the matches being rescheduled and played out at the end of the current league schedule prior to any finals rounds if time and allocation allows.
All games are to be paid in full to MVP Football Pty Ltd on game days, before any matches/games take place, at the MVP Football office. This payment can be made via eftpos, cash or direct bank transfer in AUD dollars.
Forfeits during MVP Football Leagues/Competitions:
Team forfeits will incur the following fines and penalties during the MVP Football leagues/competitions, this is to ensure the integrity of the league and all its teams in competitions or leagues.
MORE than 24 hours notice of team forfeit will incur a 150% game fee. This additional fee is to cover administration costs of the league. This payment will be charged to the teams nominated credit card/s on file at the time of forfeit. If payment has not been processed by 7 days of forfeit notification, an additional fee of 10% per day will be accumulated to the total charge owing to MVP Football Pty Ltd.
LESS than 24 hours notice of team forfeit will incur a 200% game fee. This additional fee is to cover administration costs of the league and also the opponents game/match fee. This payment will be charged to the teams nominated credit card/s on file at the time of forfeit. If payment has not been processed by 7 days of forfeit notification, an additional fee of 10% per day will be accumulated to the total charge owing to MVP Football Pty Ltd.
Cancellations and withdrawal from MVP Football Leagues/Competitions:
Any team/members who want to cancel and withdraw their team from any MVP Football league or competition will be required to pay out the full amount AUD dollars equal to the remaining games left in their commitment to the league/competition schedule. All games will be recorded as a more than 24hour notice forfeit and therefore will also incur an additional 50% game fee as per the forfeit terms and conditions.
This payment will be charged to the teams nominated credit card/s on file at the time of written cancellation. If payment has not been processed by 7 days of written cancellation notification, an additional fee of 10% per day will be accumulated to the total charge owing to MVP Football Pty Ltd.
All cancellations and withdrawals from league/competitions must be submitted by writing, signed and dated.
Pitch Hire Bookings:
All pitch hire bookings must be paid in full prior to usage of MVP Football pitches and facilities.
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice of the booking will not incur any fees (or) be refunded if pre-paid in full.
Where a pitch hire booking are cancelled by giving less than 24 hours’ notice, a 50% cancellation fee will be required to be paid to MVP Football Pty Ltd.
Pitch hires will be still required to pay the full 100% amount for ‘no-shows’ or bookings that are not attended by the booker if notice of cancellation was not received by MVP Football Pty Ltd.
Coaching Programs:
On the registration of any player to any MVP Football coaching program or clinic, the registering member agrees to the following terms and conditions:
All coaching program registrations have the option to be paid in advance and in full when the booking is made (or) agree to pay the total amount in weekly instalments over the schedule of the program/clinic. Payment is non-refundable once the program starts. By registering to any MVP Football coaching program, you agree to pay the full amount for the coaching program regardless of the amount of sessions you (or your child) actually attend.
Only children pre-registered in a coaching program may participate.
Children attending a free trial must be registered by their parent/guardian before participating.
Notifications of any cancelled sessions will be via MVP Football social media channels and/or direct contact with registered parents/guardians, if timings allow. In the case of unplayable weather or natural disasters where sessions are cancelled MVP Football will refund any sessions cancelled.
No "make up" sessions are provided for children who do not attend the program for any reason.
Covid 19 - Due to the program or any sessions being cancelled due to NSW regulations enforced in the case of Covid 19, MVP Football will offer alternative options (subject to NSW Government guidelines) or MVP Football credit. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed and based on NSW Government advice.
No refunds are due for sessions that are not attended. If you (or your child) are unable to attend due to serious injury or illness, a hospital or specialist doctors document must be supplied to MVP Football to assess the reasons for any potential refunds. Please note, refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed on each individual circumstance.
Parent/Guardian Agreement for Junior Coaching Programs:
I accept full responsibility for the conduct and welfare of the player named whilst participating in any of MVP Football activities.
I agree that the player(s) and any parents/guardians relating to the player will abide by the Terms and Conditions and Code of Conduct of MVP Football Pty Ltd;
I give permission for urgent medical attention to be supplied if the player is injured and a parent/guardian is not available to consent;
I understand it is my responsibility to advise MVP Football if there are medical issues that will affect the player’s ability to safely participate in any league, competitions or coaching activities.
All Weather Policy:
MVP Football played on synthetic grass is an all-weather facility. Leagues/competitions, coaching programs/clinics, bookings and events will take place on the synthetic grass in ‘all weather’ including during rain. Only in dangerous weather will the synthetic grass courts by closed.
MVP Football played on hard court surfaces (tennis court) is subject to weather. Events, bookings and events can be postponed and rescheduled if heavy rain occurs. Notifications of any cancelled sessions will be via MVP Football social media channels and/or direct contact with registered players / parents / guardians. These sessions or games are to be rescheduled as per the terms and conditions outlined in the ‘Team /Player Registration and Payment’ section of this document.
Sessions may be cancelled at the discretion of MVP Football in the case of extreme weather (for example lightning) or other events (matters affecting air quality).
In the event of lightning or extreme weather, in the 1st half of any scheduled league competition game, the game will be postponed and rescheduled for either the following week(s). It will be up to the teams to attend that scheduled fixture if they wish to compete for the points of the league/competition.
In the event of lightning or extreme weather during the 2nd half of a game, the game will be called off and the score as it was when the game was called off will stand. No game called off in the 2nd half will be re-scheduled.
Participants with Medical Conditions:
MVP Football staff do not supply and/or administer any form of medication to any person attending MVP Football facility.
If a person has any form of medical condition that is deemed serious or potentially life threatening by a doctor, then MVP Football must be provided with a signed "approval to participate letter" from a doctor, before that person can participate at MVP Football.
MVP Football does not take responsibility for any form of medical treatment other than emergency first aid while awaiting Ambulance or other medical professional service to the individual. If MVP Football staff deem it necessary to call an Ambulance for any individual at MVP Football, then they will do that and any costs associated with the Ambulance or associated medical treatment is the sole responsibility of the injured individual or guardian(s).
If MVP Football staff believe that a child attending an event organised by MVP Football is unwell then the parent / guardian will be advised as soon as practically possible, and requested to collect the child.
Code of Conduct:
Anyone identified as being abusive and/or violent on the premises of MVP Football may be banned from entry into MVP Football.
Any illegal acts may be referred directly to the Police by MVP Football.
Kicking, throwing, playing with any ball is not permitted in any area of the MVP Football other than on Pitches.
No climbing of fences is permitted at MVP Football. Any damaged caused to the MVP Football facility by misconduct that results in repairs, all costs will be charged to the person(s) responsible.
Player/Team Conduct:
All players agree to comply with these rules:
All players are responsible for their conduct and the contact of their fellow team mates.
Referee’s are not to be abused at any point for any reason. Players who do will be disciplined during the game. Any further disciplinary actions are at the discretion of MVP Football management and can result in suspensions or life time bans.
Unacceptable Conduct includes the use of foul language, fighting, threatening behaviour, playing inebriated, entering the pitch when not involved in the game and being abusive to staff members.
Any fighting can lead to prosecution.
All fans must not abuse other players and referees.
All teams should be ready to start 10 mins prior to KO to ensure matches run on time. If you are running late please call us and let us know.
If your opponent does not show up, you will have use of the pitch for the duration of the match, no refunds will be due in this event. MVP Football staff will try and organise a game to the best of their ability, however this cannot be guaranteed.
If your opponent gives forfeit notice and MVP Football contacts you, you will be able to use the pitch as allocated to your match or take up the offer of a match against ‘any other’ team that MVP Football offer. Please note the time of that match may change, no refunds will be due in this event if the game takes place.
If a player is banned for any reason, MVP Football management will notify them of the time frame they are banned for. They will NOT be able to play in any games as a result of a suspension during this time. Attending as a fan will be at the discretion of MVP Football management.
MVP Football will make a ruling on any incidents and suspension may be necessary, this is entirely at MVP Footballs full discretion.
MVP Football reserves the right to alter the rules and punish accordingly if teams or individual players are attempting to gain unfair advantage by using an interpretation of rules set by MVP Football.
Food, Alcohol and Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted on the premises of MVP Football.
Alcohol must not be brought into the MVP Football facility
Food and drinks may be purchased from the MVP Football office and consumed within the licensed area.
Footwear:
Players cannot use boots with steel studs or "blades" on synthetic or hard court surfaces.
Players cannot use any boots with studs hard court surfaces. Players must wear Futsal approved shoes - indoor, turf or trainers on hard court surfaces only.
Liability and Insurance:
All participants understand that they participate, attend and use the facility, they do so at their own risk. MVP Football and its owners, employees or agents shall not be liable for any damage whatsoever arising from any personal injury or property loss sustained by participation or attendance at the MVP Football facility. All participants and parents assume full responsibility for all injuries and damages which occur in or about any programs or competitions on the MVP Football premises. When registering a ‘team’ in all and any MVP Football competitions, it is the sole duty and care of the registering ‘team captain’ or person(s) who register the team, to inform any players they invite to play with them under their team name in the competition of these terms and conditions. The hereby declare any personal injuries or property loss not to be the responsibility or fault of MVP Football Pty Ltd staff or facility
MVP Football conducts business with Policies of Public Liability Insurance, a certificate of currency and Workers Compensation Insurance.
All persons entering the premises of MVP Football release and discharge MVP Football, its employees and agents from any claim, suit, demand, expense or cost in respect of any injury or illness arising out of or in connection with their participation in activities provided by MVP Football Pty Ltd.
Permitted Activities:
No commercial activities of any/all form are permitted at MVP Football other than those conducted by MVP Football, unless otherwise authorised by MVP Football in writing.
Any person(s) or organisation(s) identified as conducting such activities without the written authority of MVP Football may be banned from MVP Football.
Consent:
I the undersigned parent or guardian or participant do hereby grant authority to the staff at MVP Football Pty Ltd to render any judgement concerning medical assistance or hospital care in the event of an accident or illness during my absence.
I do hereby authorise MVP Football Pty Ltd and its staff to utilise any and all photographs, pictures or other likeness of me or anyone assigned guardianship to me, as they deem appropriate in its promotional materials or team films.
I do hereby fully understand the terms and conditions outlined in this document and agree to all and any information outlined.
